Q:  Are pets allowed on any of your properties?
A:  Pets are permitted at some of our properties, but not all of them. Please call our office to find out which of our properties allows pets.

Q:  Is there an application or screening fee?
A:   Yes, there is a $30.00 screening fee per adult members.

Q:  What are your rental criteria?
A:  We check credit, rental history, employment history with proof of income and criminal background.

Q:  What are your income requirements to rent?
A:   We require a minimum of 2.5 times of the monthly rent.

Q:  I’ve been evicted by a previous landlord. Can I still rent an apartment or home from you?
A:  Unfortunately, we will not be able to rent to you if you have previous eviction in your record.

Q:  Do you accept personal check for move in funds?
A:  No, you must pay by certified funds, money order or cashier’s check for your move in funds.  However, you can pay by personal check on your next

Q:  Do you accept cash for rent payment?
A:  No. We do not accept cash; we accept personal checks, money orders or cashier’s check for rental payments.
